Sound familiar?

You've been in your industry for 10, 15, 20 years. You know exactly what's broken. You can describe the product that should exist in one sentence.

You tried Lovable, Base44, or Bolt. Got a demo working in an afternoon. Then the app grew, went opaque, and you hit a wall you couldn't get past.
Bugs kept breaking parts of the app, and you had no visibility into what was happening. You kept trying different prompts, hoping one would fix it.
You've spent $20K+ on a developer and ended up with spaghetti code and missed deadlines.
You keep telling yourself you'll start marketing once the app is finished. The app is never finished.
You're watching people with half your expertise ship products and land customers while yours sits in a tab.

You're not alone. 81% of our students had never launched a product before joining. Most had been sitting on the same idea for one to three years.

Founder OS is the system that gets you across the line.

AI tools don't fail at the start. They fail in the middle.

Lovable gets you a working demo in an afternoon. But the demo isn't the product.

Here's what actually happens next. The app grows and goes opaque. The AI forgets decisions it made last week. You lose the thread of your own product. Then it goes live and the real breakage starts: auth, environment variables, the database. And underneath all of it sits the problem that was there from day one. You never confirmed anyone would pay, so even the parts that work are working toward silence.

That gap is the difference between a demo you show your friends and a business with revenue.

Founder OS is the system for closing it, end to end.

What you'll learn

How to diagnose exactly why you're stuck: wrong person, wrong problem, wrong product, or wrong price
How to validate with real customer conversations before you build (or rebuild) a thing
How to package an offer and test it with real commitment signals before heavy building
How to cut scope, direct the AI tools with specs and a context file, and stay in control of your own product
How to ship to production and survive the week after: auth, payments, deploy, and what breaks first
How to land your first paying customers with founder-led outreach that doesn't feel gross

The system that gets you from idea to paying customers.

Every student follows the same four-phase methodology: Diagnose, Validate, Monetize, Automate.

Find out why you're actually stuck. Being stuck is a symptom; the cause is one of four wrong turns upstream: wrong person, wrong problem, wrong product, or wrong price. You run the diagnostic on your own project and set up your Founder Context File, the living document that keeps you and your AI tools on the same page from here on.

Outcome: You walk away with: a written diagnosis of your project and a list of 15 people in your industry who might have the problem.
Talk to real buyers before you touch the app again. Ten to fifteen conversations with people in your industry, listening for problem stories and money already being spent, not opinions about your features. Then package what you learn into an offer and a landing page written in your customers' own words, and test for real commitment.

Outcome: You walk away with: a validated problem, a live offer, and real buying signals before heavy building.
Now, and only now, the build. Ruthless scope cut down to the one workflow that delivers the offer. Spec before prompt, context file always loaded, one task at a time. A deliberate salvage-or-restart decision on your half-built app. Then ship it and survive production: auth, database access control, payments, deploy, and how to triage when something breaks.

Outcome: You walk away with: a live product with a working payment link, and control over your own codebase.
Land the customers. A Dream 100 list from your own industry. Warm outreach first, starting with the people you interviewed in Phase 2. Short personal founder notes, ten a day. Sales calls run like the discovery conversations you already know how to do. A founding-customer pilot that makes yes easy. Then turn customer one into customer ten with case studies, referrals, and automation with your AI coworker.

Outcome: You walk away with: paying customers and a repeatable acquisition system you run yourself.

The coaching tier: hands-on support for your specific product.

Founder OS + Coaching is the course plus eight private sessions across the program. Not group calls. Not a TA. The two people who built the system, working on your product.

Christian on your strategy
Private strategy session to diagnose your business. The person who catches you serving the wrong customer before you spend six months finding out the hard way.
Dedicated 1-on-1 coach
Private sessions across building, shipping, and selling. When the app goes opaque or production breaks, Cole is on the call with you.
A fit call before you're accepted
50 minutes with Christian before any money changes hands. Coaching only works if you're a match, so we check first.
Eight sessions, mapped to the modules
Roughly one per module plus kickoff, timed to hit when you actually need the help.
A defined deliverable
You leave with a live product and an active first-customer motion. Not a certificate.
Real capacity limits
Seats are capped by coaching hours on the calendar, not by a marketing countdown. When they're gone, they're gone until the next round.

Christian Peverelli

WeAreNoCode Founder
Christian Peverelli is a non-technical serial entrepreneur, investor, and the founder of WeAreNoCode and Bond. He has spent the last five years helping non-technical professionals build and launch real businesses, first with no-code tools and now with AI. Over that time, he has trained more than 600 founders across 24 countries and built a YouTube audience of over 300,000 subscribers.

Before WeAreNoCode, Christian co-directed the LA chapter of a global pre-accelerator whose alumni have raised $50M+ and gone on to Techstars, Y Combinator, and 500 Startups.

Christian doesn't write code. He built Bond, an AI-powered sales tool. He teaches what he actually does in his own businesses, not what he studied in a classroom. Everything in the WeAreNoCode program comes from real experience: building products, getting customers, and running companies.

Everything you need to know before joining.

Getting Started

Do I need coding experience?

No. Zero. Founder OS is specifically built for non-technical operators. You're not learning to code. You're using AI tools that write the code for you. 96% of our students had no coding background when they started. The ones who succeed aren't the most technical. They're the ones with the clearest understanding of the problem they're solving.

What if I’m not tech-savvy at all?

That's exactly who this is for. You bring the industry knowledge and the business sense. That's the hard part. Lovable generates the technical pieces from plain English. You don't need to know what an API is on day one. We teach you what you need to know, when you need to know it, in the context of your actual product.

What if I don’t have a fully formed idea yet?

You don't need one. Module 1 is a diagnostic and Module 2 is a full validation framework; together they get you from a rough direction to a single concrete concept before you build. If you already have an idea, or a half-built app, even better. The system starts from wherever you actually are.

I already have a half-built app. Do I have to start over?

Not necessarily. Module 1 diagnoses what's actually wrong, and Module 4 has an explicit salvage-or-restart decision. Plenty of half-built apps are one scope cut away from shippable.

What kind of products can I build?

Web-based B2B products and AI-powered tools. That's what 79% of our students build and where the methodology is strongest. Real examples from past cohorts: AI freight scam detection, automated property management platforms, cybersecurity dashboards for banks, AI tutoring systems, UX analysis tools, compliance software. If you're building a SaaS tool for a specific industry, you're in the right place. We don't focus on consumer mobile apps or the next TikTok.

The Program

How much time does this take per week?

Plan for five to eight hours a week: short videos, one assignment, and real customer conversations. The conversations are the work; the videos are the map. Modules drop weekly with the founding class, and everything is recorded with lifetime access, so you never fall behind.

Can I do this part-time?

Yes. That's exactly how it's designed. Most students have full-time commitments. Most students say it feels like focused work time, not homework.

What will I actually walk away with?

A diagnosis of what was holding you back. A validated offer built from real customer conversations. A live product with a working payment link. Your first paying customers and a repeatable founder-led outreach system. And a Founder Context File that keeps every AI tool you use pointed at the same plan. Not a certificate. A business.

What tools will I use?

One opinionated stack, taught end to end: Lovable for building, Supabase for database, auth, and payments, Claude Code for real logic and staying in control of the codebase, and Cowork for automating the business. Plus a one-page guide on when to use what, so you're never tool shopping instead of shipping.

What if I get stuck or fall behind?

Everything is recorded and access is lifetime, so falling behind isn't a thing. During the founding class there's a weekly live Q&A and a ship-in-public channel full of people building alongside you. In the coaching tier, your sessions are timed to the modules where founders get stuck most.

What happens after the program ends?

A launched product, paying customers, lifetime access to all materials and updates, and the community. Module 7 is specifically about what comes next: turning customer one into customer ten and automating the repetitive parts of the business.

The Investment

Why $4,995 for Pro?

Compare it to the alternatives. A failed developer project costs $15K to $40K. A technical co-founder takes 20 to 40% of your company. An agency-built MVP runs $25K to $75K. $5,000 gets you the full system plus eight private sessions with the two people who built it, and a defined deliverable: a live product and an active first-customer motion. If your first customer pays you $500 a month, it pays for itself inside a year.

Why $999 for Standard?

It's the complete system with lifetime access: all eight modules, the artifacts and templates, the community, and every future update. For founders who don't need private coaching, it's the whole methodology at a fraction of the coaching tier.

Which tier should I pick?

Pick the coaching tier if you want direct feedback on your specific product and accountability at the exact points where founders stall. Pick the course if you want the full system at your own pace with the community around you. You can start with the course and add coaching later if seats are open.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes. Flexible payment options through Klarna at checkout on both tiers.

What if I'm not satisfied?

14-day money-back guarantee on both tiers. Full refund, no questions asked.

Common Concerns

What if my idea doesn’t work?

That's what Modules 1 to 3 are for. You diagnose, then validate with real customer conversations, then test a real offer before heavy building. If the idea doesn't hold up, you find out in weeks, not months, and usually the fix is a turn, not a teardown: same industry knowledge, different person, problem, product, or price.

I’m not a designer. Will my product look professional?

You don't need to be a designer. Lovable generates clean, professional interfaces from plain English. We teach you how to prompt for good design, how to use component libraries, and how to make your product look like something people want to pay for. 34% of our students cite design as a blocker going in. Every single one ships a product that looks professional.

The AI tools keep changing. What if Lovable doesn’t exist in 6 months?

You're right that tools move fast. That's exactly why we teach a methodology, not just a tool. Diagnose, Validate, Build, Sell. That framework works whatever tool ships next year. The business principles don't expire when a new AI builder ships. That said, Lovable is the current market leader for non-technical founders, it integrates natively with Supabase, and it's well-funded. If something better comes along, we update the curriculum. We've done it before.

Can’t I just learn this from YouTube?

You can learn a lot from YouTube, that's why we put so much free content out there. But there's a reason 81% of our students had never launched a product despite watching tutorials for months. YouTube gives you the "what." Founder OS gives you the "how," in the right order, with accountability, feedback on your specific project, and someone to tell you when you're going down the wrong path.

Can't I just use ChatGPT or Claude to build the whole thing myself?

Plenty of our students tried before they joined. They got a demo in a weekend. Then the app grew, the AI lost context, and one change started breaking three things. Bugs with no visibility into what was happening. That middle stretch is exactly what Founder OS maps: context discipline, scope cuts, production survival. Plus the part no chatbot does for you: finding out what people will pay for and getting them to pay.

What if my AI feature hallucinates on real customers?

Real concern, and it's covered. Module 5 includes evals, a structured way to test your AI feature on real inputs and catch hallucinations before users do. We also cover trust design: how to surface confidence, when to show sources, how to make the AI fail gracefully. Shipping an AI product that customers actually trust is a specific skill. We teach it.

Logistics

When does it start?

Module drops begin the week of July 27 with the founding class. Module 0 opens immediately after purchase so you can set up your Founder Context File and AI coworker first.

Are the live sessions recorded?

Yes. The weekly founding-class Q&A is recorded, and all course content is yours for life.

How do I get into the coaching tier?

Book the fit call. It's 50 minutes with Christian, free, and it doesn't commit you to anything. If it's a match and a seat is open, you're in.

Can I upgrade from the course to coaching later?

Yes, if seats are open. We credit your course payment toward the coaching tier.

How We Compare

How Founder OS compares vs hiring a developer

A developer costs $15K to $40K and takes 3 to 6 months. You're dependent on them for every change. If they disappear, you're stuck with code you can't touch. Founder OS Pro costs $4,995, takes 6 weeks, and you own every piece of what you build. You'll understand your product well enough to maintain and improve it yourself. And you'll have paying customers before a developer would have finished the first sprint.

How Founder OS compares vs taking on a technical co-founder

A technical co-founder takes 20 to 40% of your company before you've even validated the idea. Founder OS costs a one-time fee and leaves your equity intact.

How Founder OS compares vs other online programs

Most programs teach you a tool. We run you through a complete business-building methodology: Validate, Build, Monetize, Automate. Other programs stop at "here's how Lovable works." We stop at "here's your first paying customer." Pro is live with Christian, capped at 20, and includes 1-on-1 coaching. It's not a self-paced course with a Slack channel bolted on.

How Founder OS compares vs figuring it out alone from YouTube

You can, and many have tried. 81% of our students had never launched a product despite months of tutorials. YouTube gives you the "what." Founder OS gives you the "how" in the right order with feedback on your specific project.
